- All items ship from my workshop in California
- A flat $10 shipping fee is applied to all orders containing light fixtures.
- Please be aware that each item requires some dedicated assembly time. Light fixtures are typically ready to ship within 1-2 weeks. Parts typically ship within 1-2 days
- You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
International Orders
- Shipping rates vary by location.
For international orders, please ensure you provide a valid phone number during checkout. This is a necessary requirement for purchasing shipping labels and ensuring smooth delivery.
Import duties, tariffs, taxes, and any other fees imposed by your country are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These additional costs are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase, so there are no surprises.

Return and refund policy
We have a 2 week return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for both outgoing and return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any resulting loss in value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Bulk orders 10+
- Steampunk Lamp Parts
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale or discounted
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
