Rustic 4-inch round weatherproof electrical box with 5 x 1/2 in. holes
Electrical junction boxes like you've never seen! These raw aluminum boxes have been acid-dipped and distressed for a vintage look. After using them for perfecting my antiquing and patina techniques, they turned out so cool, that I had to offer them for your projects.
These are perfect for housing receptacles, switches, and GFCIs. Ideal for creating decorative exposed conduit designs, they make it easy to connect multiple light fixtures on a wall or ceiling—perfect for industrial-style decor, lamp base, or ceiling light canopy.
This wet-rated outdoor box is perfect for 1/2" threaded electrical conduit fittings and also fits 1/2" NPT water piping.
These all have unique distress patterns and different shades of dark earth tones. Additionally, when purchased with light fixtures, the patina will match for a seamless look.

These 5 1/2" holes/hubs don't have standard pipe thread correct? Isn't conduit thread different than standard pipe thread? I have 1 of these that I am creating a Gothic "ghost light" for a theatre but the holes are 1" o.d. so it requires 3/4" pipe. Problem is it wants to cross thread the standard 3/4" pipe I'm using so I'm assuming it requires different thread. Perhaps metric?
These electrical boxes have 1/2" NPS. Electrical conduit uses straight (parallel) NPS threads. Water pipe uses tapered NPT threads. These electrical boxes will work with both. The 3/4" size is just larger. If you need the 3/4" size, please leave me a note at checkout, I have that size as well.
